This summer, Project Commotion and The Literacy and Language Center in San Francisco will present Intensive Learning Workshops. These workshops are half day programs that will merge gross motor development, literacy and language, sensory integration and awareness, social skills, and play for youth.
There will be 8 sessions in June and July, Monday through Thursday, from 12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Ages 6 to 13 are invited to sign up!

Dyslexia can be a confusing condition for both parents and children. What is Dyslexia?, an app for the iPhone and other Apple devices, provides information to help children who have been diagnosed with dyslexia and their parents.
This app features a quiz to help users identify the signs of dyslexia. The app also includes a video comic that shows the story of a dyslexic individual. Parents of children with dyslexia can find tips for helping their child at home.
